Why do window panes break and fall out-words and the curtains over the open Windows move out of the room and not into the room when strong winds blow along the sides of a building?

Explanation:

When strong winds swirling and passing through outside of building , sweeps the air from their and a low pressure area is created there. And We know that inside the building, air inside room is at higher pressure than outer zone.

Air tends to move outside and therefore, resulting in breakdown of window panes, curtains move outside.

Air goes from area of high pressure to the area of lower pressure.
