Why do you add bacteria in yoghurt and cheese making ?
A) to turn casein into curd
B) to covert lactose to lactic acid

milk posses lactose
only digested by ur caesin
and bacteria do that
to give u the desired curd
lactose is the milk sugar of milk bacteria use it and convertbit into acid
