we fall forward because its newton first law of motion our upper part in the motion and the lower part in the rest

hello swetha..... hello dear... it is due to all inertial laws stated by Galileo which are....
1) inertia of motion
2) inetia of rest and...
3/inertia of direction
..... so we fall in the forward direction when a moving vehicle brakes to a stop due to inertia of direction and motion... because as the vehicle was in motion and moved in forward direction therefore we also intend to move with same velocity and ➕ therefore when ...
vehicle accelerates from rest..... it was before in rest position and we also intend to remain at that position with same velocity ((0m/s)) therefore due to inertia of direction and inertia of rest we fall backwards....
and henceforth... that's your answer.... dear...
