why do you think "Al-Beruni is called the father of sociology?

Auguste Comte (1798 - 1857) a French Philosopher was considered and called as father of Sociology because in the year 1837 he coined the term Sociology taken form Latin word Socious (means society) and Greek word Logus (means study of science). So Sociology is thus the science of society.
