why do you think Ashoka chose lion and bull to put on his pillars rather than vows and parrots ?what animal wold you have chosen if you if you were in his place give reason for your choice

Ashoka did so because LIONS are symbol of power and territories. Through it he wanted to convey his power...... :-) They represent faithfulness, courage and royalty and most importantly the KING OR EMPEROR .
MY CHOICE WOULD BE OF CHOOSING LION ONLY BUT I WOULD HAVE ALSO CHOOSE
EAGLE.....

They represent the sharpness and skills. Which are mostly seen in nowadays.....
