In a vast and diverse country like India. Thoughts change from person to person.
If one thinks something the other might go against it.
So tje a descision in such a diverse country like india like not that much easy.
and this is also a fact that situations of all persons are also not same that's why thoughts of different persons are not same.
So to make a law or to change or to remove one is not that much easy.
That's why making changes in the caste system or removing it is also difficult.
Even If the government wants to change it, many questions will arise and it is not possible for the government to solve each and every problem.
So the government is still not able to make changes in these rules.
this is one case.
there's another case also
that there are still many famalies or societies with have not seen the face of development still. And the government wants that each and every society in this country should be developed only then our country will be called development.
that's why the government is not making changes in the caste rules.
