Some countries are more developed then others because their population's literacy level, health level and living standards are different and also the government organisation is quite efficient and the availability of newest technology and their history of formation of country, people of previous generations affect largely the present economic state and level of development....same explanation applies to different region in the same country.....Topography and climatic conditions also play an important role in development of a region.
