Speaking technically resources are anything that can be utillised for our advantage and well being. Now humans are the at intelligent beings out here on earth. And if they are trained and utilised properly then it will lead to development and better living conditions. Say if humans never utilised their intelligence,we would still be caveme. Im just speaking technically. I know that as we got more intelligent we have harmed the earth more etc etc but that'll be a different topic.

Human beings are considered as resource because they have the abioity to use other renewable and non renewable resource.they can convert barren resource to useful resouce
