Because people started supporting swadeshi products and boycotting British products people were encouraged to use Indian goods . But after some time the people of India had to face severe hardships bcs the Indian goods were very expensive as compared to British goods and there was no income for the people to sustain. This is why the boycott of the British institutions pose a problem
