consent is important so that photographers have a name to their work and so that we can get compensated for the work that we did. If we didn’t have all these ways of giving consent people would use our work without us getting payed or would say it was their own work.
Photographers have the right to take a photograph, to publish it, to sell it, and to copyright it, as long as it does not interfere with other people’s rights.
