Industrialist’s feel huge burden on their pockets. Most of the Industrialist are uneducated, so they are not aware about how and why to control pollution.

Industries do not always employ adequate and right methods to control industrial pollution because they mostly don't realize the problems arising due to the  long term effects of the pollutants emitted by them because of lack of education or they don't really care about it.

To prevent the effects of the pollutants, the following measures can be undertaken:

1) Plant trees around the industries as the trees help to absorb the pollutants (in the form of smoke) thereby purifying the air.

2) The industrial wastes( which are often harmful) shouldn't be drained into the water bodies as that leads to water pollution.

3) Better methods of disposing radioactive elements should be adopted other than just digging and throwing it under the ground as that leads to radioactive pollution.

4) The wastes shouldn't be dumped to prevent soil pollution as that distorts the natural composition of the soil.
