Why do you think MGNREGA 2005 is referred to as ' Right to work '? ​

Bcoz it guarantees 100 days work ....and if govt. fails it provides unemployment allowances...

MGNREGA 2005 is referred to as'Right to work ' because every citizen in our country has the 'right to work' so if the government fails in it's duty to provide employment,it will give unemployment allowances to the people
