MGNREGA 2005 is a law implemented by the government of India in 200 districts of India.
It is referred to as right to work because it guarantees 100 days of employment by the government to all those who are able to work.
If the government is not able give them work they pay them unemployment allowances.

MGNREGA stands for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act is an initiative got launched in 2005 to meet the needs of Rural Unemployed People..MGNREGA provides unskilled manual work to every rural household regardless of the caste, gender.. And thereby to promote them work, wages . It's iniltial aim is to asses rual households the work for a 100 days..!
