MGNREGA ( Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act)

is considered as right to work in following aspects~

1. it gives a guarantee of minimum hundred days work.

2. this is scheme was first enacted by Indian National Congress in 2005.

3. if the employment is not given to the holder then and the government will be responsible for it.

4. job card is given to every beneficiary for the employment.

thus, these points clearly shows that the MGNREGA is also known as right to vote.
