NREGA, 2005 is a law which is implemented by government of Indian in 200 districts of India. ... It is referred to as 'Right to Work' because it guarantees 100days of employment in a year by the government to all those who are able to work.

1) MNREGA or NREGA is an act passed by government which stands for Mahatma gandhi national rural employment generation act.


2) under this act, those who are able to and in need of work are guaranteed 100 days of employment to the workers / labourers


3) If, government fails to prove them emplyment, it will and has to give Unemplyment allowances to the people


4) Activities that will boost the production from land in future are practiced in this scheme/ programme launched by government .
