Why do you think Michael was surprised at the entrance of Sebastian in the game?

Yes Michael was surprised at the enterance of sebastianin the game.
He entered in the first game which was wildwest and Michael was an sheriff in that game but when the second sheriff (i.e) sebastian entered the game he was surprised.

Sebastian was surprised by Michael's entry because for the few minutes of the game, it was as expected by him. But when a second sheriff appeared in the game (wildwest) he was a bit shocked by the unexpected entry. Sebastian also seemed different from the the other characters in the game. He had a humanly appearance.
