Women are employed more in Impex garment factory because:
a. Women are largely employed as helpers like for cutting threads, buttoning, ironing, packaging.
b. These are lowest paid jobs.
c. These jobs require more labour, therefore factory employs women for these jobs on a large scale and pays them less.
d. This helps the factory to cut on its cost of production.
