we live in a nation where caste system is prevailing on the high end and there is a lot of biasedness between rich and poor and various castes. so, that's why constitution needs to come up with special provisions for marginalised sections otherwise they will be neglected everywhere because of the mindset of the majority of the people of our country.
also, social justice can be there only if we have some special provisions for backward classes otherwise only upper class will rule our nation.
