The Indian national is spelt that all person in independent India should participate in decision making the government must be sensitive to people needs and demands it is therefore they can situation of independent India let down the principle of Universal adult franchise for example that all adults citizen of the country have a Right to Vote. By discussing this right people would participate in functioning of government through their representatives this is in hands of a democratic government.
