Nowadays it has been only rumours... because in urban area all parents give their children "right to education" .... But on other hand in rural area some illitrate guardians don't wanna give education to their female children.....

As in rural areas of India. parents of female child are not interested to send them to school or for higher studies because financial problems or social issues
but the government of each state of India had introduced many programs . As right to education for everyone is equal
