If you can get along with others, you are more likely to be successful in whatever you do. Getting along shows sensitivity and respect, and makes it more likely that other people will behave the same way. In other words, treat others the way you want to be treated! Sometimes it is not easy to get along with others.

People should get along with one another because
- we all have some very unique qualities and traits that are inherited from our ancestors.
- But along with these we don't have everything and so we need to be helped by others.
- Let's take an example in any society no person is complete, there is demand and supply chain. So, this makes us to be dependent on each other.
- As someone rightly said that Unity is strength.
- In our childhood we have listened many stories and one of my favourite was of a farmer with four children who always fight with each other.
- He gave them stick seperately they easily broke them. But when he combined them and told them to break that cluster they were failed.
