why do you think plant cell have a cell wall and Animal cell do not?

The plant cell have cell walls to maintain the turgidity while animal cells do not require the amount of water because of the already complex system.

cell wall is a rigid layer which provides support to the plant cell and is not required in animal cells as it has no rigid shape
