I think reservations play an important role because they are almost marginalised and to give them opportunity in every sector such as profession, education, etc.
By this they can also gain respect in life .

Reservation is important for the marginalised groups:

  • This is due to the reason that they are marginalised and to provide them an opening in every sector such as profession, education, etc.
  • The reservation program in India is structured to encourage the various legislatures, the governmental positions and the recruitment in higher education institutions or give them opportunities.
  • The constitution, procedural law, and state rules and regulations shall regulate reservations.
  • Their entitlement to protection under the law depending on their collective identity could be removed from reservation regulations.
  • For SCs and STs which are economically unstable, all financial assistance and reservations are essential to ensure and make sure fair access to jobs, employment, and schooling.
