The colonialists havent take any action and they however tried to satisfy Alexander which give Alexander the power to seize its terms and conditions. But ultimately, he couldn't get success in achieving the all over power and hence become unsuccessful to defeat the kingdom of Magadha. However, he had many attempts with him which were a source of failure to the colonialists.
