A plant cell has nucleus in their cell.The plant has a membrane around the nucleus which is called nuclear membrane.
If any cell has nuclear membrane around the nucleus, it is called eukaryotic cell.
So,the plant cell is categorized under eukaryotic cell.
The two reasons are :-
(1)They have well defined nuclear membrane around the nucleus
(2)They have cell organelles inside their cell.
