Why do you think that election in mexico was not democratic

Because in Mexico there are two parties but since 2000 only one party PRI rulled over mexico.And this party known by cheating and wrong wining.

in Mexico, since it's independence in 1930,until 2000,every election election was won by party called PRI. it is believed that pri adopted unfair means to win the elections
in people were not given a fair chance to elect their rulers.unfair means we're adopted in Mexico to win the elections. hence it cannot be called democracy
