from my opinion I think that the second Annual meeting of Indian National Conference not held in year 1884 because in the first making SN Banerjee had invited many regional leaders to make a group named Indian National Conference button number of member present in the meeting was very low so SN Banerjee out to inform more leaders to join his group and Revolt against the British
