why do you think that the south-eastern winds are hot n very humid in summers n warm in winter?

YES DUE TO WEATHER DISTURBENCES THEY ARE IN SUCH CONDITION

Because of the himalaya range. He can stop the wind of the south-east wind so the wind is hot and he stop the wind of southern -east wind in winter so the wind is warm.
