You must first understand the difference between rule , the law and the provisions of the Constitution. Secondly, if you don't know, don't say that you do. Your statement about the provision in the Indian Constitution, is totally wrong especially Article 22. The provision about inadmissibility of confession before a police officer is contained in s. 25 of the Indian Evidence Act. It is there to discourage police from obtaining confession by dubius means.
