Though seas are present, sea water is salty and purification cost of salt water is very high and would be very problematic for the people to afford water as now people are getting water almost for free because of the Rain Fed Rivers and the Glacier Fed Rivers. Without Rivers, irrigation of crops also would be very hard and thus growth of economy will be lacking behind as there would be less amount of crops growing and we will have to export from other countries and it will a problem for the people who are middle incomed in India as the price of goods will increase.
