Mr. Rhinoceros, Mr. buffalo, Mr. Alligators, the Rt. Hon Mr. Fox & Mr. Leopard are the members of commission of enquiry.

Even though the man protested to the members of commission of enquiry that it is compulsory that a man should also be a member of the commission they refused saying that the man is not well versed with the jungle law.

➜ The animals decided not to have anyone from the man's side on the commission of enquiry because no one from his side was well in of educated to understand intricacy of jungle law.

➜ Moreover, the members of the commission were all men of repute for their impartiality in justice, and they were chosen by God to look after the interest of the human race which did not have teeth and claws.
