Why do you think the ansari were being treated unequally ? What would you do if u were in the ansaris position and could not find a place to live because some people did not want to live next to you because of the religion you practice?

The Ansaris were treated unequally as they belonged to a different religion. If I was in the place of Ansaris, I would keep searching for houses until I found it. India is a secular country where people cannot be discriminated on the basis of their religion. I would contact the police and warn the house owners if they practice discrimination.

Ansaris were discriminated on the basis of their caste and surname as the were of dalit caste. If I were in the position of ansaris at that place I would had call the police.
