why do you think the farmers of only Punjab Haryana and up could try out modern farming method before other states ?

because these state use modern farming to give food and grain to eat all Indian people

As for modern farming good water supply, crops and dry soil is needed..

So farmers of punjab and haryana started modern farming in the late 1960s....
