why do you think the government neeeds to make rules for every one in the form of laws​

Government needs to make rules in form of laws because

every citizen belongs to some religion .

everyone cannot agree on one single issue

each person has his/her individual opinion

First of all we have to know the meaning of law and what does it explains and what is the need of it. Generally it aims towards regulating the behaviour of people in the society, as it is necessary to have rules and regulations in the society. And most important what is the need of it.... firstly to resolve the confilct second to ensure the justice in the society and to ensure the order in the society.According to me these are the main reason .
