Answer:

The libraries became the the centres of anti-Nizam and anti-landlord movements. There is a big reason behind it. The rules of the Nizam and landlords or Zamindars had a common factor that allowed for the exploitation of the common people.

This factor was lack of education. The libraries being the centers of education was a great place for people to gather new ideas, learn about the nationalists movements from various places and also that people have some basic rights as humans.

when libraries were established even in remote villages, rural people like peasants and labouring people came to them to learn to read, listen to newspaper, discuss current topics and also their own problems with the nizam government and Dora's. people read books by social reformers like veeresalingam and nationalist like gandhiji, nehru etc. these libraries became centers of new radical thinking. suravaram pratapareddy inspired nationalistic fervour amongst the people. ln this way the libraries became the centers of anti - nizam and anti - landlord movement.
