I don't understand what you are trying to say so I am assuming that you meant distant stars and the beginning of empty universe from singularity.

• We (well, not us but NASA) uses hubble space Telescope to see distant galaxies and stars. It was named after the famous scientist Edwin Hubble who discovered that our universe is expanding at a constant rate. He made his discoveries public in 1929.
• Singularity is a point of infinite density and mass. It is formed when gravity (or some other force) collapses a celestial body into its own space time curvature. Ot is pretty much how black hole and neutron stars are formed. Except for the fact that we can measure the density of a black hole and neutron star.
