Rock is harder inside than outside as it is piece of volcano. Outside of the rock are recently formed unlike the inside of the rocks.

Inside of rock is first formed and also it is bound by the outer part.

Solid mineral material that is mainly formed as part of surface of earth as well as other similar planets that are exposed on surface the soil.
