independent means no depand on other and I have the rights to do anything according to our think.

Independent describe the freedom of common people . All have right to be become independent. There are 6 fundamental rights in our constitution , in that fundamental rights there is right to freedom which means everyone can do do what they want and live independently . So the word independent is important in the context of state information commission.
