another 50% of people doesn't really care whether they get covid-19  or not, but still they follow everything for avoiding penalty

another 25% of people doesn't really care about whether they get covid-19 or not and they doesnt care about the penalty so that they don't follow the rules and regulations and of course the covid-19 cases increases
