why do you think there is a rule that confession made due to the police custody can not be used as accused what did the judge says in shantis case after hearing test money of all the witness?

That, In the first trail of Police custody they will force you to confess your guilty within 24hrs and after that a Chargesheet has been done to forward it to the court for Judicial enquiry and after that order will be awaited. But, in the shantis case the complete process is not done and they made a fake Chargesheet of guilty.

It is so because there is possibility that the police may create terror around the accused in order to make confessions...
