We think in earlier times constitution was not there because it was a monarchical form of government..

And this type of government the king rule by only its own ....

I think there was no constitution in earlier time because there were rulers in earlier time and constitution was came into force in 26th january,1950 before that there was no Constitution and India was not a democratic country.
