Towns grow around temple because temples were the central ti economy and society. Temple authorities used their wealth to finance trade and banking. There fore priest and craft man settled overed there which creates a town known as temple towns. They are also created for them to crated to the various needs of people as well as of pilgrims who flocked the temple.
