basically cybercrime is something that is hurting them emotionally and keeping quiet is onenof the symptoms They are mainly blackmailed about things they don't wanna talk about it to anyone including you as they have to tell you the cause of the blackmail. The best solution is to contact some white hat Hacker and tell them u r cyber bullied they will ask for some details (not that stuffs u r blackmailed with) and they mostly solve it but next time don't keep any secrets;)
