I guess the question is "why doctor recommend not to take animal fats."


the animal fats are digested inside the small intestine in human beings......this process in enzymatically controlled by Lypase enzyme......if there is a lack of proteins in our diet or if there is a disturbance in the environmental conditions , the functioning of Lypase is also disturbed......hence the body can not digest the fats from the food....this fat remains accumulated on the walls of blood capillaries causing chocking........it can result in sudden heart blockage....so doctors advice not to eat animal fat in this condition ....
