Why doctor wanted tricki to be a permanent guest

because when doctor tell mrs pumphary that tricki condition is now become better so mrs pumphary send 2 dozen eggs and brandi for tricki to the hispital .but doctor didn't gave egg and brandi to the tricki .mr Harriot and other doctor eat egg daily and brandi it is like party for them .So doctor want to keep tricki as permanent guest
