when we fill air in the balloon it gets inflated

because air occupy space and also it exerts pressure on the balloon

when we poke a pointed pin because of the pressure by pin a hole is made into a balloon

and because of the inside high pressure air runs outward with full speed and this hole size increase and suddenly the balloons burst!!
