We all know that a balloon is made up of rubber. When we blow air into a balloon, it expands due to the elasticity of the rubber.
But after a point, the rubber is expanded to its maximum point and cannot be stretched further.
If the balloon is blown beyond this point, it will burst because there will be no space for the rubber to accommodate the air.

Answer:because when ballon is inflated than the rubber elactic which is around it gets streched and at some extent it gets over inflated which means that the ballons elastic gets streched so much that it tears and thus the over inflated ballon burst
