hello!!
bicycle can be slowed down by dragging our feet along the ground because of the friction. when we drag our feet in the ground, the force of friction acts between our feet and the ground and the bicycle stops. we know that when their is relative motion between two bodies the force of friction acts and when their was relative motion between our feet and ground it acts, and we also know that force of friction always act in opposite direction. as a result the bicycle stops.
