Buoyant Force

So let us answer your question now : ---  ✍(◔◡◔)

☞ It is the upward force exerted by all the fluids on the object which displaces a certain volume of water column.

☞ Fluids are those states of matter which can flow as in the case of liquids and gases which has the characteristics to flow.

☞ The upward force is more specifically referred to by the term ' buoyant force '.

☞ The density of the block of plastic ( which is made of plastic ) has the density 0.92 grams/cm^3 and the density of water is 1 gram/cm^3.

☞ We know that if the density of a substance is smaller than the density of the fluid then it tends to float over the surface of the fluid and it keeps only that part under the surface of fluid, the upthrust due to which has balanced the weight of the body.
