why does a body reach the ground quicker at the poles than at the Equator when dropped from same Height?

earth is of eliptical shape . at pole radius is less than that at equator. and we know that gravational force is indirectly proportional to radius. hence the radiu at poles is ledd so the gravational force will be more
gravational force attracts the object at the ground. so if the gravational force will be more then the object will reach the ground qicker
